Joshua Rubenstein has authored the Lexis/Nexis AnswerGuide on New York State Surrogate’s Court Practice, chapters of many professional treatises, as well as numerous articles for professional journals, newsletters and magazines, and is a frequent lecturer on estate planning and administration, estate litigation, planned giving and new trends and developments.
